There is no minimum to order, but , in case of bottles (oil, wine, vinegar, spirits or similar) please allow us to suggest a minimum of 6 bottles (or multiple) to take full advantage of the shipping fee. The packaging is entrusted to our courier, who has a vast of experience in wine and food shipping. The shipping fee is automatically calculated by the website and is clearly indicated at the end of the order.
Delivery time
Depending on the destination, delivery time normally range from 2 to 5 days. Shipments normally will take place after 2-5 days of the order.
Wine, general products, excise tax and shipments outside Italy
European Community keeps Excise tax on wine and similar products. That means we cannot sell to a european private citizen our wine. I Like Italy can ship abroad all other food and non-food products.
What to do in case of breaking
In the case of breakage or tampering of the parcel, the customer must reject the delivery which will be promptly replaced and shipped again. In any case I Like Italy will change broken parcels. The cost to replace and re-ship the products will not be charged to the customer.
