Lasagne with aubergines
Ingredients
 *350 g of Lasagne pasta
 *4 aubergines
 *1 smoked scamorza cheese
 *400 g of tomato flesh
 *Basil
 *2 cloves of garlic
 *6 spoons of olive oil
 *salt and pepper



PREPARATION METHOD: Preserve with salt sliced aubergines. Brown garlic with 6 spoons of oil, then add tomato, salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes. Wash and dry aubergines. Boil lasagne. In a oiled pan alternate layers of lasagne,augergines, sauce and scamorza cheese slices. Complete covering with a sauce and scamorza cheese layer. Cook in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
