Harvest: The Carmignano is the best selection of grapes. Handmade harvesting between the last week of September and October 1st.
Fermentation: After the pressing, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with water circulation temperature control.
Aging: Aging in wooden lasts from 12 to 16 months, partly in barriques and barrels of French oak barrels, part in 10HL Slavonian oak.
Refinement in bottle: At least 3 months
Colour: Deep ruby ​​red with violet hues.
Bouquet: Fresh and persistent with berries and musk hints.
Taste sensations: Good structure and good acidity, tannins taste and a long and persistent finish.
