Mushrooms

Mushrooms are foods that have many varieties and aromas distinctive, species are cultivated all year round and are primarily the "prataiolo", "champignon" and "pioppino", while those of forest have short life from October to early December and include the famous porcine ova and other lesser known but equally tasty. Mushroom are excelent for appetizers, the pasta dishes, and are delicious with meat. Often they are accompanied with truffles, game, sauces, sautéed with garlic and parsley are a classic dish in our kitchen.
